Register your own account
Your personal account lets you sign in to octopancy. Creating the account and setting up a workspace are separate steps.
Before you start
You need an email address you can access. If you received an invitation, use the invitation route instead.
Create your account and confirm your email
- Choose whether to set up your own workspace or join an existing one. The own-workspace route starts with pricing and plan selection.
- Open registration and enter your first name, last name, email address and password.
- Submit the form and open the verification email.
- Enter the six-character code. It may contain letters and digits. A complete code is checked automatically; manual confirmation remains available.
- After verification, sign in. Continue to workspace setup or your access request.
If something goes wrong
The code is valid for 15 minutes after successful delivery. Request a new one if it is invalid or expired. Observe the waiting time shown in the app and check your spam folder.
If your account already exists, sign in with it. Registering again does not restore a previous contract or workspace.
If your session is interrupted
If the sign-in connection is temporarily interrupted, octopancy automatically tries to confirm your session again. A message appears and protected areas are temporarily unavailable. If the interruption continues, choose Try again when the connection is available.
If your session expires, you are signed out locally and automatically redirected to sign in. Afterwards, you return to your previous page, including the selected tab. If the redirect fails, choose Sign in. Saved data remains available. You may need to re-enter unsaved changes. The privacy page remains accessible without signing in.
Next: Set up a workspace or request access.
